You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a full refund.
 
Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
How to Start a Return?

To start a return, please contact us at Contact@Petolintu.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
 
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
 
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
